umm yeah. Congrats.

You're lookin' at $420 w/traffic school to avoid the point - but it has to be up front

approx $380-450 (depending on the flexibility of the judge) if you want payments. You'll be hit with a point on your driving record.

Lesson Learned. Pay up or slow down.

ya unfortunately some of us learn after multiple tickets. Its one of those situations where you have to make a choice, drive normally and be unbothered or drive agressively and take a risk

I bought mine new off of eBay... but it stopped working after a while (haven't taken the time to check it out). It's called the show and go license plate, by Altec Products.

oh damn...guess there's more than one company that made this...I know Swift Motorsports makes the other one...

yeah, i would imagine that after a while the motor would either give out or submit to water damage

I hear you... mine gave up due to many car washes, and that under-spray thing... But hey at least the 8 is clean!!! And yeah, they are basically the same thing. The only noticeable difference between the Swift Motorsports and the Altec one is the remote. Other than that they look exactly the same to me.

First ticket I was doing 84 in a 70 zone it was $167.00. Extended the ticket and did trial by declaration. Cop never responded and won.

Second ticket was doing 87 same spot a year later. That ticket was only $365.00. Same thing extended it and did trial by declaration, but this time the cop responded so I was guilty, but you can appeal the court and get another trial in front of the judge. Cop did not show and won again.

Its all luck
