Hi guys,

I live in Santa Clara, and work in Redwood City.
This morning I got to my car and found what I thought was a mechanical problem (turned out to be a silly mistake by me). But it got me thinking about service depts.

Any recommendations on service depts around the bay area peninsula?
I'm super close to Menlo Mazda, but I fear they might be ********.

I just want a place that can get the job done without putting a huge happy door ding in the side of my car, like has happened to others.

Don't know about dings, but consider this: Menlo Mazda sent me a "special coupon" good for an oil and filter change for $30. Marina Mazda (in Santa Cruz) charges $25 for the same service every day. Marina's parts department is nice also. I asked about oil drain plug washers and they gave me a couple for free.
