Hey all...I need a rental car soon (May 30th) for about a day but am looking for a FUN car. Can't afford an exotic but was looking at anything like a convert. or maybe a "muscle car" (like the G8). I was wondering where I could rent these kind of cars in Orange County.. I looked at the Hertz Fun thing but there were no locations nearby that offered those cars..

i remember theres a few places that rent out exotics and the like, for sure there's one in the LA area... has to be one in the OC also. the cheapest were corvettes and the elise at around 300$/day.

 

Place in Newport beach rents Porsche speedster replicas for about $150 a day.

I SAID NO EXOTICS!!! Something in the lines of Honda S2k - Miata - Cooper S etc..
If all things fail I'll spend the money on an AMS CAI.
