So I gotta ask the question.... besides weight, what's the difference between the Ti system and the SS system? It was mentioned that they are totally different and independent of each other. So performance-wise and sound-wise (looks too... we want pics!) what's the difference between the two systems?? And it doesn't seem to be available yet on the Magnaflow website...

Shoot, I wish I had had my car and seen this 2 weeks ago! I just bought an MT w/Sport pkg last Sat., and I would've taken this offer instantly.

I'm going to be shopping for all the mods I can do and stay in SCCA stock class, which includes catback exhaust, air filter, shocks, wheels & tires. (If anyone has advice in these other areas, clue me in! But I'll also be hunting thru the other threads which appear to have a wealth of information also.) So I guess I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for magnaflow product but need something soon! Our season starts April 18.

I had a magnaflow muffler on my wrx wagon, along with replacing the exhaust cat-back, and I was really happy with it - car performed really well after the upgrade and it had a great sound.

Hey guys, just curious what kind of gains you saw with the RX-8 Exhaust system, (if it wasn't posted in another thread already)

this is ridiculous, Magnaflow needs an RX-8 and they chose an AT? The engine, output of air, etc is totally different from the MT. If they say they are a reputable company, why use an AT when majority of us have MT? I would not buy this exhaust because it is made and tested for a AT. Sorry for the negative comments but someone had to say it.

They already tested on the manual. They needed to test on the AT.
