Decent price for tire mounting in Orange County?
hey ever since discount/americas tire co changed their policy about tires ordered online mounting has gotten really expensive!!
anyone know a good place in the orange county area for mounting tires?
best quote so far is Big O Tires @ $17.99 a tire. worst quote is Sears Auto Care with $107.00.

discount tire changed their policy??? that sucks... do they just not do it anymore?
Are you a member of the SoCal RX Club? You should apply to be a 'member' (it's free) and there's a guy there who is in the tire business. He's in OC and might be able to help you out. http://www.socal7s.org/

well they used to mount tires for alot less......until everyone started buying the cheaper tires online from their website then going to the discount tire place to have them mounted for dirt cheap.
they caught on and only give you a good deal on the mounting if you buy the tires directly from them at their B&M stores. $20 a wheel for 18" if you bring your own tires.
