I was wondering if anyone in the sac area has a Cobb AP that i might be able to borrow so i can uninstall the AP from my ECU, My AP was stolen before i was able to get my tune complete, now i just need to get it back to stock. Can anyone help? i can meet you somewhere, should only take a few min.

 

Doesnt work like that. Your stock tune was saved on your AP. You should go to the dealer and ask for the latest reflash.

 

I contacted cobb. They told me any ap will work to uninstall, other option was to send ecu to them. Im heading to the dealer tomorrow so i will ask if the can reflash. Thanks for the info

I have two Cobb AP's -- I'm going to try that.

Just so I'm clear.
I'm going to try and unmarry the current Cobb AP from the ECU (pretending it's lost, broken or stolen) with my other (newer) Cobb AP.

I will let you know what happens.

Update us with what the Dealer says about reflashing the ecu.
