^he might be trying to match it up with a different exhaust - or an OEM one...

 

oem bolts right on! i have it on mine

that or maybe an exhaust leak?? iono...

 

exhaust leak= bad or no gasket, or misplaced gasket

they have gaskets at B&b mufflers on garden grove
