So, I recently totaled my car.. It's most likely totaled.. So when I get the phone call from insurance, if it is in fact totaled.. I have a few options. I can take their check of 8 or 9k and walk away. Or if someone had space, money, and a means of moving the car around, you could pay me what I pay for the car to get it back and part it out yourself. I'd like to keep the car, but I'm afraid I cant, so if someone wants to, then by all means, let me know.

If I just take the check, they'll auction it off and it'll be a lemon, salvage title vehicle..


It's a 4 speed, 4 port automatic with 87k original miles. Let me know what you think.

take a 9k check, get another. you can find 8's on the market for that price in auto or manual. a lot less headache that way too

 

Shes long gone and I got a check for $14k and bought an awesome cheap car from 1995 for $3k, paid my parents off the $2.6k I had left on the car, and the rest is in savings. Less than $400 for insurance for 6 months with basic coverage

Well, yes I guess it is. I already have a car right now, but I guess I could afford to buy an RX7 FC as well lol! Don't feel like paying for 2 cars right now though. Also gonna find out on Tuesday if I win my speeding ticket case or not.
