Bay Area/ NorCal Local Meet Thread
Hi there! I'm new here and still thinking about buying the 8. I would just like to say that a few days ago, an 8 passed by me at Alvarado Blvd by Union City last week. Its color was titanium gray so whoever you are, can I see your beautiful 8 again?
Welcome to the forum, VnXsL! Even though you don't have your 8 yet, you should come and check out the meets. There's a lot of knowledgable people who show up and may be able to answer any questions you may have. I hope you soon find the right 8 for you.
I already had eyes on an 04 TiG a few days ago but when I went to check on the dealer's website, it was already sold. o_O
I'd definitely want to go to the meets but I think I can't since I do not have a car yet plus I've got work on most nights. BTW, what's FD?

I've been on the fence lately about selling my BB 2008 8, but would consider it if it went to a good home. See sig for details. It's bone stock with only 40,500 miles, extended warranty, everything but GPS navi, space saver spare and iPod connector added at time of purchase (bought new). You know what this car is worth, so no lowball offers would be considered. I have to sell it at some point due to issues with a major tendon in my clutch foot.

The New Owner's Thread in the Discussion Forum has a great checklist on what to look for in a used 8. I hope you find the right car for you. Also, I just heard of someone who MIGHT be selling their 8 barring a miraculous recovery from a foot injury. BTW, an FD is a third generation RX-7.
I'd love to buy your 8's but I can't.

I only have enough for a down payment.
I'm gonna wait for another of those below 10k.
The one I ws eyeballing was already sold. o_O
ladyjazz17, its always sad to hear about an owner have to part with their 8. In this case, I won't wish you good luck on the sale of your 8 but instead wish you a miraculous recovery from your foot injury. But if you do end up selling, I'm sure the new owner will be very lucky.
