I've gone to Hayward Mazda for scheduled maintenance and some warranty work. Their service department is open Saturdays which is a big plus, but that's just icing. The bottom line is they do good work and I would recommend them if you have to use a dealer.

Hayward Mazda's only problem with me is it's 35 miles from my apartment. I go to great lengths to get competent service.

 

By the way David, are you anywhere close to San Jose? I'm working on the gigantic Cisco campus on the end of San Jose and Milpitas. I wouldn't mind getting the TPMS a little earlier than the next week so I can get my wheel and tires mounted.

 

I find that synchronicity amusing. Tell Jeff I say "hi" next time you see him, and let him know I've been putting in a good word for his shop on the forum. He's helped me out and I see no reason not to return the favor.

After being ripped off by Oakland Mazda for the last time the end of last year, I went to Hayward on recommendations I've heard, and was very impressed. Their service and customer service is great, and shooting the **** with Jeff makes the experience even better.
