I'll also be "debuting" my car next weekend at the WiredforHonda.com (and magazine)/JDMSpeedwerkz meet ont he 24th. There will be all kinds of cars there but as usual I'm probably going to be the only RX there. Feel free to come, its in Salida on the 24th 12pm-4pm

Love to see some RXs there.

hey, do you guys know who can install metra kits for rx8 in the east bay. i don't want to mess with it myself. can't wait to show my pioneer dash kit to you guys upcoming friday

 

If you're looking for a shop, I've had good experiences with "custom autosound" in union city. Knowledgeable people, reasonable prices, FANTASTIC tint guy. I buy a lot of my hardware from them. I'm a DIY guy, though, so I've never had an install done by them. I'd trust them to work on my 8 though.

This is the usual location for the UC meet. We usually arrive around 7-7:30pm and stay till whenever. We get food around 8ish.

Check this thread to see if we're meeting up, and what place we'll be eating. If you see our cars, but not us, go find us eating food and join us.

+1 for custom autosound. I had them install my corksport kit (the one that came out before metra) with an avic d3x. They did a great job. If you make it to the meet this friday you can see it in person.

 

since everybody was talking about oil changes awhile back, I'd thought I'd chime in too

Just went to Mazda, got 2 oil filters and the total came out to $14.46 each. and got my Royal Purple at Winchesters Auto, 5 bottles for a total of $45.95.
