oh, and i'd call the city and complain.. get them to pony up for the new tires. Best you can do is check the FS section here and on craigslist.

yeah.. DSC is your friend.. unless you're autox'ing or tracking then DSC should stay on. I've read too many threads about people feeling they didn't need the "nanny control" and ended up in a curb.

Keep looking, i'm sure someone will sell some rims at a good price, usually see new rims posts every couple of days.

Anybody here have a truck?

I'm buying a bike soon and may need some help carting it. And somehow I don't think my initial plan of strapping a 400lb motorcycle to the roof of my roommate's Vigor is going to cut it.

Leo, what kinda bike? Let me know if you need gear dude. I got a jacket in the closet collecting dust, practically new. It's a black Dainese Jacket and gloves.

Alterego, sorry to hear about your incident man, that sucks. If you're close to Santa Clara talk to Paul at rotorsport, he can hook you up with some good wheels.

Well, I may be joining you folks at stacks if you don't mind a baby.

It honors the Fallout tradition fantastically, only instead of a top down turn based system, it's an first/third person shooter like morrowind oblivion. It's got a system called VATS, that lets you pause time, pick targeted shots, then click a button and watch the computer shoot for you. When you run out of action points for VATS, you can play it like a normal FPS while your AP recharge. It's really engrossing, and the visuals are amazing. The only reason I won't give it a 10 out of 10 is because I can remap the key that opens my pip boy, but it doesn't let me re-map the key to close it again, so I'm stuck hitting the tab key whenever I want to look at it.

I got the game on tuesday night, and have over 10 hours of gameplay on it, and I'm normally the type to get bored unless I'm playing a game, surfing the net, talking to someone on IM and watching TV. All I've done for the last 3 nights is play this game. It's that good.

Is the 3rd person view isometric 3d? I can't play 1st person games, or else I start throwing up after 1 minute.

Which is better the game or the GF?

That's cool, you're going to need high top shoes, like hiking boots. Might as well buy the shoes you're going to use when riding. I like Sidi's Doha boots, really good quality.

got home a bit ago with my baby: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-exterior-appearance-body-kits-27/santa-came-early-year-159743/

So let's get this list going for Stacks so we know how big a table to reserve. It's usually 45 mins to an hour wait for a table on sundays so I can go early and put our name in if I have an idea how many to make it for.

1. Laythor + chick

You can play 3rd person, the camera is from behind and off to the side a bit so you can actually see whats in front of you. You get a crosshair too, so it's possible to aim 3rd person as well. Personally, I find it uncomfortable to fight in 3rd person, but I'm usually using it whenever I'm wandering the wasteland because it lets you see a lot more around you.

Broke up with the girlfriend, so the games better. The game doesn't mind that I'm crazy.

The course is cool, you have someone to ride with after?

Well I don't have a bike yet... Trying to find a Sv650S around 4 grand or so. Plus 1 grand on gear probably.

*sigh*

Well it is my birthday on Saturday guys.....

Speaking of which, I was thinking of a belated celebration up @ Berkeley. I've been craving Zachary's Pizza. Would anybody be interested?
