Was thinking either michael j body shop or angel's IRC the one in milpitas by the police station. Whats your guys recomendation? Looks like alot of people recomend michael j. But I live down the street from angel's, I don't mind taking it to michael j if they are highly recomended. If they are about the same ill take it to angel's

 

After the issue that a member has had with Michael J's I would say take it to Angel's. Michael J's charged him 4 hours for installing a MS bumper.. 4 hours???

 

i need to go to a shop as well due to a minor fender bender with my 8 as well, how good is angel's shop?

also, hey laythor, do you have contact with throwdown? do you know if he sold his wb fenders already or does he or you still have it? i need a new set due to the fender bender and i remember that he had a set available in great condition. let me know, just PM me or something cause i'll be at work. thanks in advance!

Mazdaspeed, do you still have your bumper for sale? Don't have any idea how much body shops charge for anything. Would it be better to buy a new MS bumper or buy yours and repaint it.

Going to swing by angels tonight after work, not sure when they close. If they are ill be there tommorw, Mazdaspeed if your still selling your bumper mabye we can go to angels at the same time? Mabye i can go with ya to check the bumper out.

 

hey pic, yeah, the bumper is still available. umm, angel's closes at 5 mon-fri. so i dont know if you'll be able to make it tonight. im going to try to go tomorrow to get a quote, you can ask for a bumper reapint, there is several rock chips from everyday driving so it would be great that you can repaint it. i'll talk to you later in the day. i always went to michael j's because they've done quality work for a good price but 4 hours for a bumper installation is ridiculous.

I finally painted my bumper.
I backed into my friends car and ruined the paint on my car while thier car had not one scratch on it.

So I took my bumper off and painted the parts even the black part.
I then painted the exhaust shrouds with a silver Marbilizer that stands out in the sunlight.

It looks pretty good but i am to much of a nit pick person.

Now i have to do my spoiler the idiot that did it at a body shop screwed it up and looks aweful.

I finally put the Hymee Exhaust on as well and will do video and sounds clips for Hymee as well.

Sorry about your cat too, my mom has 15 house cats, there is a small swimming pool under the stair for the cat box and it takes a good 15min to clean it. I swear half her income goes to taking care of the cats but they are so cool. They all have their own personality.

On another note, I saw a winning blue RX8, ms front end and rear end, front factory mud flaps, stock rims, asian driver. I tried to talk to him when he parked but he was on his earpiece, I parked right in front of him and wanted to say hi. But the dude just took off!!!! I made total eye contact and was waiting for him to get out of his car... who is this guy. No free t-shirt for him when my business opens up...lol

I actually had the opposite experience with some Asian dude in a 2004 WB. He was turning left on Mowry in Fremont and I was going towards Paseo, but we stopped at a light and managed to have a brief conversation before it turned green. Seemed like a friendly dude.

I was in La too. Took me 5 hours to get to SJ. 27 mpg in the camry going 80-90 mph!! whoo hoo!
