Here's my mini-review:

1) Functionality of the unit is very good. A moron like me can use it.
2) Flashing takes a few minutes. Be sure to have a picture of your favorite **** star and KY jelly while waiting....I used my micro-fiber towels to clean up.
3) The COBB map files are only good if you're stock. Don't be an idiot like me and read more on the forums--spend the hours in reading the useless banter (i didn't do this initially) and you will find out that it's better to buy the product not directly from Cobb but from vendors that already have more map files. But then again they're not guaranteed to work either. I drove through Skyline with Stage 1 and with stock ecu and I can tell somethings up with Stage 1. I'm back to stock ecu.
4) I'm not waiting 'till August 2nd for the dyno day, so you can cancell me. I'm either going to go back to stock intake/exhaust, or check with Blacktraxx and have them tune this. Blacktraxx has excellent support for the S2k community.
5) Well, I feel like a moron for not doing his research....
6) Yes, I'm still an arrogant *****.

Did you see if MM could get you maps? just get the your 8 dyno'd and you'll be fine.
