I'm usually not a hater but I don't like how that wing looks on our car. You have these nice sexy curves then all of a sudden *bam* blocky *** wing.

It's like a hot *** girl wearing a benjamin franklin hat.

I think that wing will look great on the winning blue.

 

You cant see it in the photo because the exposure is off, but its CF too.

 

Does it match the rims?

 

The rims matched pretty well. they are not carbon fiber though. I poked my head in the window and it was an MT, looks like the owner took a lot of care with his mods so I have nothing really bad to say, other then that I feel the wing is a bit large (especially those side bits).

if it's FI and hits 400whp then i can understand the wing.

 

or track the damn thing where downforce will come into play, if anything, it just slows you down on the freeway.

So just got back from a drive down from santa cruz, GF wanted to drive around downtown area so I let her. We stoped by a coffee house and she had to parallel park, got crub rash on one of my wheels.

Im assuming Michael J's can fix it, but just posting here to find out what kind of numbers I should expect. Or if there are better shops you guys know about.

 

If it's just light rash and you expect her to drive you car again, I'd say leave it. If you're going to get it fixed figure around 150ish would be my guess, and it's really a wild *** guess.

Hey looooosers.

I'm in tech school and I have limited internet access right now. Some dude wants to buy my fenders. Can anyone handle the transaction for me? Whoever you decide to do it PM Benjamz. The fenders were on the side of the house by the driveway when I left. I hope that they are still there and that they are still in perfect condition.

Also Matt I'm going to give you power of attourney for my car. I'm talking with the insurance company right now and once I get the go ahead I'll let you know where to take the car. The shop I use is called Angel's Body and Paint. It's located in Millpitas.

Also I heard some talk of Zach/David or whoever willing to drive my car out to my dad's house? If that's the case you can just drive it to me. My tech school is at Lackland AFB so I'm here still untill mid June. After the car gets fixed I'd love to have it driven down here on a weekend. Whoever drives it can hang out with me for a few days. I'll need to get the car and all my stuff before I PCS out so it'll be rad. Keep me updated. I won't be able to check the forums every day, but I'll try to get on when I can.
