I took my car in once my new engine showed up and there was a cracked fuel injector(Didn't know this ever happened?) and won't be getting the car back till tuesday :/

anyways, typical meets are every Thursday night... But theres been no action for the past 2 weeks. A new meet thread may or may not be necessary since I've been seeing more new users around here.. hmm. more new users = more available time input?

Just throwing it out there for anyone stumbling across this thread at last minute, but tomorrow is the little Calaveras Road cruise from Dave & Busters in Milpitas.

I will be there at maybe 2 pm playing my psp or something. If its raining, I'll be under an umbrella in a camp chair

The weather in Milpitas for tomorrow is saying a 50% chance of rain.. In other words, it will be a really nice day with pleasing clouds in the distance, thanks to the Rotary Gods

I'll be there early because I'm probably the easiest car to spot (Yellow RX8) for people who dont know where to go.. I dont even know where to go lol.

today would have been a really good day to do it, but as we all know, bay area weather is unpredictable. I should be there between 3-3:30. Hopefully I can watch all of the Vegas race.

 

I agree.. but as i mentioned in the 7 forums just now.. its going to be too hot to rain.. thats my meteorologist prediction

 

Temperature has something to do with rain but its the relative humidity in the air. The higher the number, the more water in the air. Clouds are just visible water vapors and when the humidity % and temperature are close to the dew point, you get rain

 

how do we get acid rain? or is that just from the smoke stacks? i dunno..
im just hoping tomorrow will feel better than today, and especially yesterday.. if i didnt know any better, I'd say we had a bad case of smog. couldnt even breathe out there while doing traffic control

I used to work in Fremont, CA., by the border of Milpitas. I drove that road a while back when i used to live in Union City, CA. My Eclipse and my friends Integra just cruising that road just to test it out. I wish i could be there.

umm.. mine has decals on the back, so if you see any yellow RX8s with decals on the back with a red Corvette... Its probably us. lol
personally, I will try to park away from other cars in a more deserted area, easier to spot

 

i doubt there will be any other yellow Rx8s there haha. Ohh theres a seriously nicee yellow camaro though whenever im there. :D
