I just heard from the dealer that my expected delivery date is definitly going to be pushed back to at least late october. When I ordered in early July they told me I would be recieving the car in early to mid september. So now no incentives for power loss and I will end up waiting for my car almost as long as the people that initially pre-ordered bck in february.

 

that sucks-- I got mine from tustin mazda and I'm going there tomorrow for oil change. Everytime I stop by my dealership they have like 10 rx8. What color and type are you looking for?

 

I am looking for a near to base model black M/T. I dont want to pay the dealers inflated prices on accessories I intend to change.

 

Have you checked inventory feature at the mazdausa.com web site. If you build a car with what you want you can then search for it in your area. It will actually list a the VIN numbers of the cars and what dealers they are at, and how far they are from you zip. I tried it on mine and it worked great!1

 

If tustin is close, I was there on saturday and they had 5 black m/t rx8's
