Pics!

Boxcar, what is this about pics? We need pics!!

Maybe we can get all those RX-8s togther for some shots, as well as go after individual cars.

My car is starting to feel pretty vanilla, but I think all my spare cash will be going into a 7.

Been working on my car for about a month now. Had a shop put on the front and rear. 09 and I were working on the sides tonight. As far as pics go if you want me to send you some I will but I don't want to post them on the forum till it's done.

What generation 7 are you looking at?

Boxcar, we will grudgingly respect your wishes.

But we all know a car is never 'done'.

We picked up a 1st Gen from Thomas of the RCCAZ crew. It will need some work to get it on the road. It will be the 16 year olds car... if he can get it away from me!

As I make up a list of things to do on that car... I realize that car will never be 'done' either!

lol. Using my own words against me huh. Smart. That's what I get for typing at 3am or so. What I ment was pics will go up when I finish with the sides, throw a grill behind the front and put my interior back in.

Don't give that poor car to your kid! He'll crush her. Not on purpose of corse but I think every new driver gets in an accident. I'll tell you what. I have my original highschool transportation at my house. How bout you send the 7 over here and I'll drop the mountain bike off at your house

I hope your kid realises how lucky he is. Not just for getting a car but for getting a 7.

Well Actually he is fortunate to get a 7, but what is even better that there is a huge pool of technical resources to pull from if need be. Especially when emmision time comes around !

As for Boxcar's car.

It's Mad tight, straight up pimping YO homies word.

I am so psyched about this ride!
I just drove all of my stuff to Phoenix over this week and flew back here to DC today to work.
Now, I am about to get back on a plane to Phoenix! I will have been on the ground just 14 hours!
I arrive back in Phoenix at 10:30 this morning and I should be in Ahwatukee to pick up my car by 11 or so. That gives me an hour to make the run out to Apache jct. which is what it might take, so someone better think about not leaving until they see me!

Just to be the forst one to post pics...

Here are a quick 4 shots from the run today. That was a bunch of cars!

It was a nice ride on a nice day...

Good meeting you MazdaManiac! And Boxcar that rise is getting nicer and nicer.

We need to do this again sometime. We need to go scouting out Miami/Globe for a ride opprotunity.

Het since I cannot edit my last post... make 'rise' into 'ride' and I will be happy.

No edits after 2 minutes... what is that?!

Turbine, were you there? Man we gotta make people wear labels or something!

We need to figure that one out before (I hope there is) the next sevenstock.

Thanks for the nice feedback! I am waiting for the ones the others shot... there should be some decent pics there!

These curvy roads just totally rock...turned out nice seeing as how I have no passenger to play camera man! And one of my favorite shots of all is (unknowing) Speedster and her Shinka

I still can't get over how purple that shinka looks in pics. It looked so much closer to brown in person. Great color.

Thank you Pool and Jeff for the pics.

BTW I have a little trick for photobucket. If you add " ?start=all " to the end of the link it allows you to view all pics at once

OH really? Do you think I can adjust my link so y'all can see 'em all at once and just check out the ones you wanna? Nevermind - I edited the link and yep, it worked out exactly like you said it would. All pics show on 1 page now. Thanks for the Tip!

Hey I got some pretty sharp shots of your gussied up gal in there if you didn't already see those.

Yah the Shinka has some deeeeeeeeeeep maroon if you can get it in the right light in person. I was shocked when I saw that picture there ^ ^ I love it! I hope Speedster doesn't kick my azz for posting it w/o permission first None of my other pics of her Shinka turned out; they all look black.
