Oh, man! I and the 8 will be in Oregon for the Thanksgiving week. The boss hasn't told me if we will back before Sunday.

I will have to keep this in mind. I would love to drive the mountain without a passenger.

My bud with the G35c said it will be 33F tonight in Precott Valley. We (you) might want to let the roads to warm some beofre charging down them.

Monday is our 35th anniversary, and were thinking of going north for the day. If the drive Sunday is still on, we will do the drive Sunday instead with you guys. Anyone still going?

We're still on though we haven't ironed out a meeting place or time. We need to do the usual, meet at Deer Valley theater around 10, then head up the 17 to Sedona, then snake our way back down so we can avoid the 17 traffic coming back into the valley on a Sunday night.

Good Morning and happy belated Thanksgiving! I just wanted to pass on some info for the drive up north on 11/26/06.

Meet up will be 10am at Dear Valley Mall in our usual spot and we plan to leave at 10:30am. For the new comers that would be the parking area west of the movie theater near what I think is 27th Ave. Just go the the SW corner of the parking lot and you'll see us. The plan is to drive up to Sedona the fun way, grab some lunch in Jerome and then head back on the 17 hopefully beating the traffic on the way home. If you have any questions let me know and I'll do my best to help out. Have a good one and I hope to see everyone on Sunday

Great to see Urchin & Carol, Pret & Mei & baby Mei, and Boxcar. 09Factor we missed you. We went the fun way up Yarnell hill and the back way in to Prescott. Ate lunch, by then it was 2:30 so Urchin & Carol decided to stay and do some shopping, so the remaining three of us turned around and went the fun way right back home.

Good to see everyone and thankful it was safe trip for all.

Thank you Pool for the great ride up north! Is was great seeing those who came. I don't think I've seen Frank and Carol since last year.

Dave it's been for ever since I last saw you and your wife. I was afraid you 2 had sold your 8 but I'm definately glad you 2 are still with us. Congradulations again on the new addition to your family. Definately a cute little girl!

Wish more of you could have made it out. Hope to see you all next weekend at the Toys for Tots event.

Hope you all had a great Holiday and that Santa was good to everyone. Waiting on a call back from F1 today, then either myself or Poolside willl roll out details for our New Year's Day round motor romp to the top of South Mountain and Go-Kart festivities. Hope to see you all on New Year's Day!

Everyone,

OK, here's the scoop for our New Year's Day Drive. Meet in the parking lot of the Phoenix Zoo (between VanBuren and McDowell Road on Galvin Parkway) between 10 and 10:30 am. Depart for a drive to the top of South Mountain at 11 am. Leave summit of South Mountain Park by 12:30 to get to F1 by 1 pm for Go Karting, lunch, and door prizes.

Hope to see you there as we bring in 2007 with a BRAAAP!!!

I'm with Easy. Let's start the list for New Year's Day Run and Go Karting at F1. The reservation has been made at F1 for 1 pm check in with racing (2 races), one at 1:30 and the other at 2:15. Lunch and door prizes to commence sometime inbetween or after the second race. The person posting the best lap time between the two heats will be awarded the RCCAZ Grudge Match Go Kart trophy, which will be a travelling club trophy between go-karting events. We need a minimum of 10 racers for each heat (20 races total) to meet our reservation commitment.

Come on.... let's share a little paint on New Year's Day, huh??
