I started a new link in the rx8 discussions to share our pictures. You should add your pics there. It was really cool to meet all of you. Sorry about the gravel, really.

Some of us had to get some gas. We stop by Chevron Gas Station, then we Headed out to Patterson Pass Rd. (Very tight turns and one lane road, very narrow). Came out thru Livermore and posted there for awhile, then headed back to Tracy. We took Altamount Road back to Tracy. I just wished I had a pictures of us driving back or filmed it! We posted back @ Rite Aid and then we all went are each way....Have to do this again.

Plz be careful out there, guys!! Patterson/Corral Hollow Rds thru the altamont have been the scene of more than one cruise incident that I've either witnessed or known about.

Nice action shot of your ride. Car looks kind of cool with the markings, lights covered, and on a road course.

So, now that I think about it, the initial intention of Friday's mini-meet was to plan/schedule an 'official' meet....was that decided upon?

Is there any of you guys that might be able to lend me a hand and some experience?

for the car, not for burgers. THe setup said "with complete instructions", I thought that would be like. Zip tie this, glue that...

Not Step 1. Remove bumper...

I would rather admit that I am in over my head and learn something from one of you car guru types than muck it up and have to fix a BIG problem later.

installing the accents take about a minute each , i wouldnt mess with a grill though not my style. but while youre taking off you bumper you should get some mesh to go over your oil coolers.

THe grill that I bought has matching screens for the oil coolers, AND the strip behind the rotary accent in the front

No jack or jack stands, but what a good excuse to get some

Modesto RX8 > Just let me know what day or time you want to get those grills installed. I have taken off my bumper plenty of times. So you need that extra hand let me know.

I'm no mechanic, but I would like to help out if I can. In any case, I wouldn't mind just being there for the install. I'm in Tulsa, OK now but I should be back on the 5th of Oct. and I have that show on the 6th. Maybe that Sunday?
