How's it goin' everyone? Just bought an 2005 White RX-8 Grand Touring 2 days ago. I see quite a few RX-8s driving around just wondering if anyone in Modesto posts in here. :lol2:

I'm in Manteca. 04 Titaninum Gray Metalic. I've got 19" Carbon Fiber Hot Swaps wheels and the aero kit. There are few guys in Tracy and one in Pleasanton. That's all I've found locally.

im in manteca as well 06 galaxy gray with vertical doors clear corners sr motor sport pulleys and rb flash why that matter i dont know lol

im in tracy theres a few here only about 2 or 3 people who actually care about their cars though.

Just wondering I bought a car with clear corners and I heard everyone wants them? Why is that luls.:dunno:

Sounds good. Are any of you going to SSX(sevenstock10)??? I've been thinking about it, but I'm not sure I want to use up the whole weekend down in Irvine. We could meet locally and cruise down, or do something here.

Arrow: Yeah, I drive it in town from time to time. Not too much though. I do see a small handful of RX8s but they don't seem to care that they drive one. From what I can see, almost everyone here is running stock. If anything, you'll probably see me in that Savemart parking lot :D

the local Sonic Burger drive-in here in Tracy is a popular marque-meet locale...we should have a meet! Meet for some Burger meat {tm}.

how does everyone feel about weeknights (Wed/Thu)? that used to be the SOP for other marque meets I'd been involved in during the past...due to people wanting to save weekends for their family,etc. Let me know and I'll suggest a date.

So when we pass eachother on the road or see one in town, we can recognize oneanother.

Want to do a quick meet on Friday at Sonic in Tracy? Just so we get familiar with eachother and to plan a good day for a monthly meet. Or Saturday if it's better. So Friday night at eight or Saturday at 1PM. Let me know

unfortunately the only time avail. this w/e would be early Fri evening, like 6PM.

My hours are all screwed up anyhow. With my work schedule and family time, it is difficult to dedicate a specific date. But, I can tell you that whatever time you guys decide, I can let you know if I'm good to go or not.

Also as a followup, if any of u guys are interested in doing Autocross, I can show u the ropes. I'm a regular at the SCCA events @ San Joaquin Fairgrounds in stockton. Drive ur car the way it was meant to!! that would make a pretty good meet-up in itself too. unfortunately there's only one event weekend left in the season, Oct 20-21.
