405 Freeway Closure - SevenStock Weekend!
Just a friendly reminder that Carmageddon Round 2 is scheduled for SevenStock weekend so if you were planning on taking the 405, please plan to take an appropriate detour.

The demolition of the north side of Mulholland Dr Bridge has been scheduled for Saturday, September 29 and Sunday, September 30, 2012. As with the demolition of the south side of the 608-foot-long bridge, the I-405 through the Sepulveda Pass will be closed in both directions that weekend to allow for demolition.
As with the south side demolition, Metro and Caltrans are concerned that closing the freeway will result in severe congestion on the I-405 and adjoining freeways, perhaps effecting freeways throughout the region. Motorists throughout the State of California are asked to “Plan Ahead, Avoid the Area, or Eat, Shop and Play Locally.”

the more things change
i'll be leaving san pedro approx 4.50am
it will take about 50min to get there since
i just drove the route im taking, yesterday while
while going to fresno.
i could meet up with you at an on ramp somewhere
and keep rolling. we can do the greeting when we get
to khols. i like to get to the meet spots early so let me know.
im taking the 110 to the 101 from there to the 405 shortest route
from here. so you'll have to pick a spot along the 110fwy to
meet up.
it will take about 50min to get there since
i just drove the route im taking, yesterday while
while going to fresno.
i could meet up with you at an on ramp somewhere
and keep rolling. we can do the greeting when we get
to khols. i like to get to the meet spots early so let me know.

My on ramp to the 110 is el segundo blvd, so when u get around redondo beach blvd u can just give me a call and ill enter the freeway and meet up with u on the 110north so u dont have to exit the freeway. Sound good to u?

the more things change
i just finished clay barring the car, Wednesday i'll do the polish, Thursday will be two coats of wax.
then Saturday we'll take a drive and she'll be dirty before i get back home.
