Nice! Wish I was there with you guys. I had to flake coz I couldn't join the drive and I was only able to get there at 12 noon. Not worth driving up there and back again to SJ for my 1pm appointment Damn it!...and my car was very shiny and clean.

Hey gang, good to see everyone today at Standford. HaloX, nice photos, if you don't mind I'll incorporate them into my video. Sorry I couldn't stay for the rest of the run. I was kidding myself into thinking I could pack 5 pounds into a 3 pound bag today. Next time for sure and I'll have either a passenger manning the cam or I'll have it mounted.

If we do this again let's follow BrotherVoodoo's advice and do our own drive. Following the M3 was entertaining but it was so loud I couldn't hear my 8. Watching it slide around really made me appreciate the 8's great handling. And what was up abandoning us at the ranger's road block? Good thing we had NAV.

Zoomy you're so good at that photoshop stuff !!! BTW I love the smoke picture, I saved it. :D Can't wait to go on another drive with you guys, just hope we don't end up on too many of those tiny laned (no "oops" room) roads.

Oops, I posted quicker than I wanted to.
If everyone wants to go on a some great roads without making it a ***** to the walls race (where the M3's can't handle it), I know some great out of the way roads in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We could make a day of running to specific places for lunch, take a break, grab some gas, take some photos, run some more, and eat some dinner. I've plenty of experience in planning these things. so if anyone is up to it, let me know. We could even do some over nighters say up to the gold country or wine country. Stay at a B & B's or hotel/motels.

What fun is that? How will halox's stalkers find him? LOL...
Zoomy, mine is the black one and I'm up for any sort of drive almost any time. I would be happy to help plan or scout out roads, make arrangements or whatever. Last year we went on a north bay drive that was pretty cool and I know the guys have been on some other cool drives too. Since you've been on the santa cruz mountain roads with your motorcycle you probably have a really good idea of which roads are appropriate and which aren't. I'm so glad summer is almost here!!!
