Sunday, December 3, 2006 RCCAZ will participate once again in the Annual Toyz for Totz Holiday Cruise to Wickenburg. Sponsored by Remember When Cruise Association, toys that are donated benefit the Wickenburg, Arizona based organization “Cops Who Care.” Bring at least one new unwrapped toy and meet at 9:00 am (see directions below). Coffee & Donuts (ummm… donuts) will be available at the departure point. Cruise Time to Wickenburg is 10:00 am.
Directions to Toyz for Totz departure point:
Meet Location is Honeywell, (east side of I-17) the same as years past, however they are putting a building right in the middle of the south parking lot that we use. So we will be using the north parking lot with access off I-17 Exit 214-B, the Union Hills/Yorkshire exit. You will turn right (east) at Yorkshire which becomes Utopia and then turn right (south) into the Honeywell parking lot.

A few of our friends from AZMazdaClub will be joining us as well. This will be my first year to attend this event and I'm looking forward to it if I can make it!

It looks like I will have to back out of this trip. I just found out that I will need to cover some testing in our altitude facility Sunday morning. I hope everyone has a good time. I will be dropping the toys we purchased into one of the Christmas angel trees or a Toys for Tots bin. Please enjoy to drive and the car show. Take pictures so we can see what/who was there

12 cars strong in today's caravan. Awesome benefit for the kiddies. Oh and Eazy....i'm not angry or anything about missing out on Mexican food. My pretzel w/mustard was top notch!

Neat Pics folks. I'm glad you had a decent showing like last year. Wish I could have been there. While it wasn't exactly fun we did make a fair amount of progress testing. I'm sure our customer will like it. Keep the pictures coming. I think I remember some of those cars from last year. Certainly the Signed Cobra.

OK, here's the scoop for our New Year's Day Drive. Meet in the parking lot of the Phoenix Zoo (between VanBuren and McDowell Road on Galvin Parkway) between 10 and 10:30 am. Depart for a drive to the top of South Mountain at 11 am. Leave summit of South Mountain Park by 12:30 to get to F1 by 1 pm for Go Karting, lunch, and door prizes.
Hope to see you there as we bring in 2007 with a BRAAAP!!!
