[818] San Fernando Valley Meet [Reseda]

It's official and it's gonna be held at Corona Del Mar State Beach. Something different, something new.
Warren, you should try to get a group of people from 818 meet to meet somewhere and do a convoy/caravan to the beach.
Atilla, if you're still down to go to Corona, get your people to do a convoy/caravan there.
While I get 626 people to go. That way it's more organized and everything.
Parking is $15 unless you get lucky or wanna park on the streets. It's free from 6AM-10PM. Parking lot is open at 6 as well. BE there by 10AM. If you can't, try to make it asap!
If you guys are going, please post what you're bring on this thread. Makes things a LOT easier.

I'm free tomorrow and for the next meet on Tuesday... I guess I really need to come out this time, I've put off the last two events. I get out of work at 0700 tomorrow. If I could get 3-4 hours of sleep, then I'm good-to-go for the rest of he day.

Hey guys, went to MAZFEST on Sat. Had a blast.
Great day for the Drakes, entered the Car Show and won "Best in Class Modern Rotary" How bout that. First show ever.

also Zoomidid, were getting SFV decals for our group. not the final design but were getting there.

Zoomdid, yes they do actually give u a time sheet. I'm pretty sure they have it on record as well. Idk. But it was really FUN!
Mrmaya, go kart was at FastLap in Mira Loma, CA.
Detrich, LOL don't even worry about it! We were all there just to have fun! I'm pretty sure you'll be good in no time! I know that for a fact!

MAZFEST 2010 Auto Club Speedway
Here's a few pics from the Car Show. MOCC put on a great day of activities. Track Day, AutoCross, Car Show, Raffle etc.. Thank you MOCC you done good!!
Sorry no action or Pits shots. Dont know what I was thinking. It really gets your blood going when you hear the race setups going around the track.
Will be there next year for sure.

As of 1125 today, my RX-8's transmission gave. All six-gears work but the clutch is at no avail; so I creeped my way by playing with the RPM and use the gear's torque to get home. There's always something coming up keeping me from showing up at these meets!
are you sure that its not just the clutch pedal? similar thing happened to me, but it was just the welds in the clutch pedal bracket, just not as bad as yours. i couldnt get into some of the gears, and only sometimes in reverse.
