sup fellas!!sorry couldn't make it last night..Just got my 8 yesterday afterwork, back from TRI-POINT..I checked under the hood... They forgot to tighten things up.. like my RB intake box, etc..so I didn't wanna risk anything. I called Mark (owner)he said they did forget coz they're in the process of moving.. He said bring it back today and he'll take care of it... Anyway How was the meet last night...?

 

Nice... Couldn't make it out either, replacing radiator today.

I also know a lot of you who attended this meet were lurkers n' such but it'd be nice to get a head count of everybody who's willing to attend the caravan

TIME TO BRING THIS MEET BACK TO LIFE!

I was at Tri-point Engineering [new location in Chatsworth, on DeSoto] for a compression test and Mark said that he would be willing to host the meets at the shops new location. We could make this maybe once a month compared to the bi-weekly events, since everyone is busy with their own personal lives, once a month should be perfect.

We all need to agree on what day of the week/ and the week of the month. [i would suggest earlier in the month considering there is higher tendencies to get tickets towards the end of the month]

Mark suggested we could...
-Coffee and doughnut runs
-Experience restaurants in the immediate area
-Discounts [for the club] to the many services they provide
[any other ideas are welcome]

The meets would have to be after their business hours, so 6pm and on would be feasible, but most of us from what i remember work late or get out of school late so we need to decide on a time that is somewhat manageable and tangible for everyone.
