question about your service

But I think your website service is too bad.
About 3 weeks ago, I placed a order on your website. the order is #2387. It had been "pending" there since that time. No any information about its status was told until my repeated email question. Ok, you said you have difficulties in credit card charge; but why didn't you email me? Then I send money by paypal as you suggested, but again you had no any response about it.
If you can't service, that's fine. Just cancel that order and I want my money back!!
