Heat Sheilds?

I have heard that Vivid is going to realase a Carbon Fiber heat sheild? Is this true, also do you have the K&N sheild for sell and if you do how much is it.

The carbon shield is made by K&N and will be available only as an accessory. The aluminum heat shield is only offered on the newer intakes.
