I just got my midpipe today, the install took forever but the bolts were kind of hard to reach so thats why. It sounds amazing, other than the rasp.
My main gripe is that the stock bolts on the rear do NOT fit the holes in the midpipe. I had to go buy some 8 mm bolts and jerry rig them on with the springs, I think the midpipe must have been drilled to about 9mm or so because I know the stock bolts are 10mm. I saw a post somewhere in this thread stating they do fit, but maybe I just got a bunk midpipe that was not drilled out properly.

Rasp? It may be some harmonic thing prob at a certain RPM only....assuming you have stock exhaust. It will probably burn up and it should go away...
I dont remember the bolt sizes...we usually install full AP exhausts lately.
I think I used different bolts for the midpipe only as well. But its just bolts and nuts...nothing to be worried about if you don't use the OEM's
