Btw I believe it would be a good idea to take uncivil (Brian Sims) off of the list thats attending the event considering: 1) His car got flipped on its side, 2) I dont think he has reserved a room yet... I hope he gets his car back but since we have heard nothing from him I think its safe to assume he wont be making it.

Maps will be handed out Saturday morning for the cruise, and yes, we're still having dinner Friday night.

Actually, we were already sharing a room, so no, no roommate needed, but glad to hear your nephew may be able to join us.

 

One week two days and counting.....

 

Since we are getting close to the meet I would like everyone to remember the following:

Check List:

1. Walky Talky (cell phones are literally worthless where we will be driving)

2. Cash (the Three Sister's route is located in the country and very few dining options allow you to use checks or credit/debit cards)

3. Deer Whistle (if you want to drive at night, these roads are country roads and deer hits are not uncommon)

4. Check tire pressure.

5. Check Oil

6. Snacks/drinks (rest stops can be few and far in-between)

 

7. Consider bringing painter's tape to protect any part of frontend of car as you WILL get rock chips from the run.
