They just don't stick out enough. How about a different color, or bold text, instead of just "Sticky:".

 

They stick out enough for me. They are always at the top, and never get the 3 little dot thingy next to it. Since you put sticky at the front of this post, you won't be at the top unless someone replies to it.

Belay my last. They do get the 3 little dot thingy if someone replies to it.
