I think there should be a way to "contribute" to the forum and the members should have a way of showing thier contribution. (Similair to what S2KI does) Lets say you pay $50 and there is a gold star or something similair by your name. There could be some sort of different tiers for different contributions.

Also there should be away to prove you are an owner of an 8, maybe register the vin or something? Then under the name it could say "owner" etc or something?

The VIN would be used to see who actually owns an 8, and who doesn't. Lets face it there are alot of people on the internet who exagerate what they own. As for contributing lets say you can have a little larger storage on the website. Go check out the www.s2ki.com forum this is what they do.

I wish every body would at least put their state.
I wouldn't mind if we put our last 6 or so digits of our VIN. There would be no way to check it, however, maybe we could check it here:

I also wouldn't mind if the admins deleted the accounts with 1 or 0 post that were from 2 years ago. Sorry, but these people aren't coming back and it would make our member count much closer to the real number.
