I just thought I would make a new thread with this title name because personally, I think "this site is broken" is a massive understatement

It shut down last night early, say around 9 or so and was down all night and into this morning. It didn't come back up til probably 11:30 on my end. This went far beyond the server is too busy...this was full server SHUT DOWN

He's gotcha on that one. I understand the necessity of the advertising, but would consider donating just to rid myself of the intellitext ads.

Getting rid of the intellitxt crap is the simplest thing in the world. Just add the following line to your hosts file:

0.0.0.0 rx8club.us.intellitxt.com

Poof... no more stupid green links and annoying balloon popups.

if you dont have over 3k posts you dont know how bad it was... database errors..

i donated.. did not make a difference.. the intext, does not make a difference, but i can block that..

This is slightly OT, but still adresses the sites broken-ness... am I the only one who thinks the search function SUCKS ***** ever since the site was rennovated?

I feel bad yelling "search" at someone now, cuz half the time I cant find what Im looking for myself anymore without sifting thru hundreds of threads.

Oh and to the site owners, MOVE THE FING NEW POST BUTTON ALREADY! Its not that hard, might take you all of about 5 minutes.

Just say "search with Google" instead of just "search".
