Lightbulb Q & A Section

Asking questions for a quick answer before searching is as inevitable as taxes, so why not create a RX-8 Q & A section?

The Q & A section could be where noobs or noob-like members can fire off questions (new or old) and members can answer them if they have the inclination to do so, instead of initiating the noob with a hostile, "SEARCH!"

Ah~ the non-interactive Q and A. If only people would read this.

BTW, I'm not trying to be a noob behavior advocate. I'm just thinking of having a Q and A section as some sort of a noob spam redirector.

Cool, I'm hoping it will reduce the same questions repeatedly popping up in the discussion section.
