The Good Guy/Bad Guy section is difficult to sift through if you're looking for something specific. It would really stand to benefit from dividing it by geography and/or method of transaction (i.e., by state, by internet, etc.). A search won't always do the trick if you don't know the exact name you're looking for (i.e., trying to find a good dealer in Georgia for oil changes--most people would think to post the name of the dealer but not necessarily the location, making it more difficult to find in a search).

 

Maybe even some kind of form for users to fill out that has a field for city, state, and website address.
