Since we know for sure that Mazda is following the activity on this site, why don't we have a "Letters to Mazda" section. This way there would be one place for all the new posts now directed towards Mazda.

 

The problem with such a section is that it can easily turn into a non-productive "bitch-session", which people will begin to ignore, and then valid communications would be lost in the "noise".

Not that it couldn't work, but just realize that there are some drawbacks that the forum owners/admins will have to consider.
