How about a FAQ on abbreviations

How about a sticky with common abbreviations? Just some I've seen recently:

OBDII or OBD-II. On-Board Diagnostic system.

CEL: Check engine light.

TPMS: Tire pressure monitoring system

Good idea! Start building one for us, and we'll make sure it gets integrated into the FAQ that Zoom44 is working on.

Omicron, this is a good start. Everyone can post abbreviations as they think of them. When Zoom44 is ready to update the FAQ, give me a heads-up and I'll alphabetize the list.

That is far from universally accepted. I was going to include both but I could not remember the 2nd and all I had to go on was my VIN .
