Wanted to know if a 19x8 with a +45 offset would have any fitment issues?

 

you should not have any problem with this setting. I am riding on 19x8 front and 19x9 rear with spacer. You should try a search for wheel fitment as i think there was some talk about. is the setup for all 4 corner of your car?

Should not have a problem I use 245 x 18 with 45 off set
