All 4 of my doors worked fine until today I went to open the driver side back door, and it wont open. The top latch is fine and the bottom is the one that wont release. Has anyone had this problem before? If so I'd like to know how to get to the bottom latch and try to get it to release. If I cant get it would that be covered under warranty?

 

Warranty is bumper to bumper. The door is between the bumpers so it should be covered.
