just got these two rockford 12's put in after christmas, they sound great with the bose system, can have good complementary bass with sq or turn it up for ridiculous volume

 

nice setup.... but why an XPLOD????

 

i have a guy at a local shop thats been in the business for years, i wanted rockford or similar but he said this was the first xplod he would ever recommend, guess sony finally caught up, in my old car i had an all rockford setup and im not dissapointed with this amp

 

dang that box barely fits.

 

YIKES, talk about cramming those guys in there.

I worry about those subs getting enough air.

How's the sound? Any rattle? Your spoiler doing the 'happy dance'?

 

nice set up. but im not into systems. but looks good though

 

they sound great, because the box is so snug it keeps it even tighter and if i want to really hear them i just pull out the storage box and it lets the sound into the car better. theres not really too much rattle the trunk and spoiler vibrate quite a bit and i padded the license plate so it doesnt rattle. the only thing that does is the passenger side door handle

 

yup thats what cousins stangs like too.. the box cannot come out because it was built in the car...its sooo snug and tight.. insane anout of basssss tooo..

but i didnt know sony came out with a new version... the old ones were just as good as LEGACY amps..
