D.C. Area Recommended dealers/service providers

Can anyone recommend someone they have had a good experience with or gave them a good deal?

I'm getting pissed at Brown's Fairfax Mazda. They always overfill my car when I have the oil changed - even when I write on the service ticket not to do it. Last time they didn't add any windshield wiper fluid but gave me an "inspection report" that said it was one of the things they checked.

You can get feedback from numerous Mazda owners at the next meeting of the Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington. We are averaing 10 RX-8 owners at each meeting. 50+ Mazdas typically show up. Check out the sticky in this forum for the meeting details on November 2nd.

Also, the sticky about our tech session November 9th may be of interest to you. You may RSVP as a guest and chat with members who are doing their own minor maintenance and service using the service bays at Arlington Mazda. Some of their Mazda technicians will also be present to answer questions. This is a great opportunity to get to know the people who would actually work on your car. If you want to pull your car in and raise it on a lift at the tech session, you will have to join MSCW at or before the tech session.

The biggest benefit of membership in MSCW is that most dealers/service departments give us discounts on parts and labor when we bring our cars to them.
