Just curious, Are their Mechanics good? Do they take care of my baby? How long do they take? Do I have to worry about theft? They are in Ypsi you know.

Sorry about the bombardment of questions but I don't want to have any problems with my 8.

 

I have taken mine to Sesi Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda more times than I'd care to mention. But the mechanics are good, the area is secure and the service reps are very informative and honest. Keep in mind, Lincoln/Mercury dealers scored highest in the latest J.D. Power customer service awards for 2 years now. So you will be looked after better than most Mazda dealers. I have had a far better experience at this dealer than I have at any of the Ford dealerships I've been to.

 

ditto, it was pretty good. fast and reliable. The only downside is that they don't wash your car like some other dealerships do after the 8 gets serviced.
