My navagation system says I am in Chicago
The Map has the downtown map of Chicago
when I am sitting in my drive way in Kentucky........
I drove around a bit to see if it was not seeing the sats or something.
No Change.... I did not just get my windows tinted.
How can I calibrate this???

I want to be in Vegas tonight......what type of aggressive manuever should perform to get teleported to that cross-country destination

 

find a large parking lot and drive in a large slow circle and it should reset...thought it was in the manual but i think that I read it elsewhere....works for me!

 

move to chicago

Just take it back to the dealer, they will re-do it for you in no time.

 

Take it in. They'll fix it. Pulling the fuse and reseting the power may also help.

 

Sounds like a "Cold Start" was already done and thats why its stuck in Chicago. Pulling the power will not reset the Nav. I think someone was messing with menu's they should NOT have.

If "GPS" is not displayed on right of screen - The GPS ant is not working or the Nav player is def.

 

best chance for a dealer nav upgrade

 

Perhaps that's where the car wants to go. I'd say head to Chicago and see what happens... :D
