My new audio system

First I have to say thanks to forbidden, he's the guy that help in getting everything done in my car. I'm sure whatever he says works, and as for what he recomended me, I love everything about my audio system. When i'm done with cleaning everything i'll have some pictures up. The stuff that I got was Eclipse PA5532 AMP, Infinity Kappa 6.1 component speakers for the front, 6X9 Infinity Kappa 3 way speakers for the rear, and Eclipse 12" 7234 DVCT4 Aluminum sub. The system is so loud and bumps so hard, I can't turn it up past 15 and at that everone outside on the streets turns their heads. All I have to say is i'm one happy guy, stupid Bose is finally gone. Thanks fobidden for all you help.

Your welcome... I guess I might just know a thing or two about audio. After 20 years, one would hope so anyhow. How do you like that sub?

He's in BC on Vancouver Island, Canada.
I asked him the same thing when he helped me fix a problem.

I'd like to know also. I just added a new head unit, speakers, subs and an amp.
My system doesn't quite turn heads yet. I'm working on it. I'll probably start a thread and post more info to get some input for changes.

Congrats on the system.

BTW -
I don't want to hijack this thread. So if anyone is wondering, the HU is mounted in the glove box for now. I did not replace the factory HU, I just don't use it anymore. It's still connected until I decide to open it up and install the aftermarket HU in the right place.

The car is so dirty, and I have to make sure everything is mounted. When I finally do that I'll post some pics.

Just one 12" sub I really think thats all I need, because it was really hard to get the box in the trunk. Plus the car is so small, one 12" I think sounds just great.

The total cost, if I paid full price would be 2,400.00 Thanks to ebay and a few friends in the Audio buis. I got everything so far, for 1,200.00 bucks. All I want now is an aftermarket HU with a touch screen. Big prob. tho because I need to find a somewhere to put it where it would look nice.

You need to take a road trip I think..... You need to find a competent shop and if they need info, have them get ahold of me. I have build pic's of the one I am still working on.
