screw in tire

I found a screw wedged in one of the outer grooves on one of my tires. I'm pretty sure that it has penetrated through the tire surface. I've basically been driving on it for the past week or so. I can hear it click with every rotation but I can't feel it through the car or anything.

Is this something that can be fixed? Should I replace the tire immediately, or can it be driven on safely?

It costs less than $15 dollars to have a shop "rubber-seal" it for you. There's no need to replace the tire; just keep the screw in the tire until you get to the shop.

No need to replace the Tire, in fact, some tire places offer Free Tire Repair, whether you bought the tire from them or not. All they do is they seal the tire from inside. As long as the screw didn't penetrate part of the sidewall, it can be fixed just like new.

^me too. a screw was in my tire for a while but I got it patched for 5euros
it was so badly stuck in the tire, I thought it'd go through the rim too:o
the guy was trying pretty hard to pull it out, without damaging the tire...
