I wanted to see how many 8er's there were in the general Fort Worth area. I live in White Settlement and drive alot in the Bryant Irvin area and NRH/Haltom City area. I work for Birdville ISD and drive alot up there. So How many we got?

South of Dallas, but it only takes me about 35-40 minutes to get to FW.

i was to but local 8's around me are not nice and friendly...no one cares here in my area.

 

I've yet to see that cf hood cruising around the NRH area. You must be running into the wrong 8 drivers Mr Ed cause every time I pass one I get that smile and wave. Hell a month ago a red 8 and I almost caused a traffic jam as we each insisted that the other have the right of way at a 4 way stop. lol...was funny

Another thread is talking about have a get together in FW either the Wed or Thurs before X-mas and I wanted to make sure everyone in FunkyTown is aware. Would anyone be interested in going? We need which day everyone prefers and suggestions for meeting places.

Is there a restaurant/bar similar to BJ's in FW? I've never been to BJ's so I don't know what kind of joint it is.

 

It's a chicago style pizza place and micro brewery. It's a really nice atmosphere. There's one in lewisville but i think that's the closest one to you ft worth ppl.

 

I'm spreading the word--I just posted a thread about a meeting in FW on 22 December. Take a look if you're interested. We've got 6 or 7 8ers in here that live in the area so everyone coming out would be an awesome turnout!!!
