DFW: RPM is hosting a meet on Sunday, Dec. 12

Hey everyone!

Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) has been providing custom manufactured parts, Magnaflow, and Eibach kits to the Mazda 6 community for quite a while now and are well known for our low prices and excellent customer support.

I just wanted to let you all know that we're gonna be hosting a Mazda meet again on Sunday, December 12 in Haltom City to do a nitrous install on a Mazda 6 and possibly installing a Magnaflow kit on a Mazda 3 and a few other things.

We recommend that you try to show up around 8am to 11am. If you need to change your oil or do any other mods, bring them out. We'd be happy to help.

If you're interested, please send me a PM or contact me on AIM for directions and my phone number.

Hope to see you there!

What is the benefit of coming out...

Just to watch the installs or will there be other stuff provided.

Such as: Food/Drinks | Giveaways/Raffles | Entertainment | Clinics/Training

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer such things as free food or giveaways. The primary benefits include meeting other Mazda owners from the surrounding area, witnessing the various installs and modifications, and assistance with any routine maintenance or modifications for your own vehicle.

The meet takes place at a 25,000 sq. ft. shop which normally serves as an emergency vehicle service center. Typically 2 or 3 (fire-truck sized) bays are available for use as well as all of the necessary tools. The service manager at the facility is a Mazda 6 owner and an ASE certified mechanic.

And while there are no organized training or clinics, there is much to be learned for those with the desire to do so.

Gotcha, just wanted to clarify that a little bit for those unfamiliar with RPM.

Thanks

It's still going on as of right now. The service manager found out that he's going to have some customers to deal with on Saturday morning, he's just hoping they'll be out of there by noon. I'll post an update as soon as I get more info. It may not be an issue.

Regardless, we'd be glad to help. There is no lift, but we do exhaust work on the Mazda 6s and 3s all the time just using jackstands, so it should be no problem.

Alright. Update:

He does have to deliver a fire truck on Sat. and they wanted to run tests on it and such, so we're moving the meet to Sunday morning. We'll be up there at 9am. I'm gonna send out PMs just to make sure everyone knows.

Hope this still works out for everyone!

Last minute update..

If you were planning on coming before noon, come on out. We'll actually be getting started a bit earlier than planned (8am).

If you were planning on coming after noon, it may not be worth your time, unless you live really close. As it turns out, the guy running the place has to jet at around 1pm on some last minute business (i.e. they just told him a few hours ago).

So in summary, the new hours are 8am to 1pm.

Hope to see you there!
