Thats good to hear! Hoping to get mine back out close to May if not sooner am soon going to be tearing out the engine to go through it fully to get a full grasp and take on whats going on with it. Was gonna clean the bay and reroute the battery to the trunk for better cooling purposes n just overall room to work.

Wait, are you pulling the engine out to diagnose it? I'm a little confused by your post.

if you are doing the tstat i would suggest getting a better metal rad and possibly overflow tank. when i messed with my cooling system i swapped tstat, rad, water pump, silicone hoses gauge sensors etc

I'd remove and clean the SSV while the T-stat is out, check the OMP for leaks, clean the ESS, remove the upper intake and check the 3 solenoid actuators. No real need to pull the engine imo.

Car came with a newer rad! I have a stainless steel overflow ordered as well haha. I was thinking on doing a mass electrical and hose upgrade very soon
