Hi~ this is my first post on the forum! I recently bought my very first rx8, I'm pretty young, only 21, but I've wanted this car since I was 12 so I've worked my *** off to get it, this is, in fact, my first car. I didn't join the forum to show off my car or anything, I know most people here are semi/experts when it comes to the potential of this car, and have well established 8's that have been heavily invested in. I am so proud to have one of my own finally though so I will definitely brag about that haha~ My main intention for joining the forum was to learn as much about my car as I possibly can. Not only am I a new rx8 owner, but a new car owner altogether, so I have no doubts that there is a lot I can learn off of this forum. I would love it if you would send me photos of your 8's with a list of some of your mods, I eventually would like to do some modding of my own, but tastefully so I would love to see what others are doing right now~! Any mods that I might be interested in doing in the future would be subtle to accent and not deviate from the original integrity of the car aka. I bought the car because I liked the way it looked originally, not because of what I could do with it haha I don't know enough to do any internal performance modding really, I know my way around an engine alright but there are too many gray areas for me to consider investing in that in the near future lol~ lastly, I just think it would be a cool oppurtunity to chat with other 8 enthusiasts, I don't actually know anyone else who owns an 8, and most of my friends aren't overly familiar with the model so I oftentimes feel like I'm spinning my wheels when I talk to them (no pun intended). It's a bit hard to tell but it's a black cherry colour; I saturated it in the one so its a bit more noticeable.
