I bought not 1 but 2

I bought my RX8 as a project car. Somewhat thanks to me somewhat thanks to a previous owner putting the wrong battery in twisting the battery cables over I fried the pcm in what will be my finished car (red 2005). So I somewhat uneducated began swapping parts from my donor car (yellow 2004). I have currently swapped. The PCM, ignition, RFID ring, the cluster, and the immobilization unit. I still have the immobilization light flash when I try to start it. Any help would be appreciated Tia for any assistance.

You need the modules to be programmed to the car after swapping them over. Usually a dealer operation.

If you're in the DC area, I have access to dealership level programming utilities.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new pair of RX-8's!! We would definitely love to see pictures of the cars! You mentioned that you swapped the ignition. Did you swap the entire key cylinder so that you can use the key from the parts car in the one you are fixing? There is also a 120A main fuse in the fuse block under the hood that may have blown. You have to remove the rear fuse block and lift the fuse block up and out of the box itself. There will be two bolts holding the fuse to the fuse block. The fuse is under the two 12V power supply terminals. I would check and inspect that fuse as well.
